- Jason Sobel has three matchup bets he thinks have value, including Kevin Kisner over Chris Kirk.
ORLANDO, Fla. — Fresh off a 3-0 record on Saturday's third-round matchup bets, let’s get after it again.
Here are my three matchup bets for Sunday's final round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Kevin Kisner over Chris Kirk (-170)
This is my favorite play of the day.
Kirk is fresh off a low third round while Kisner gets the comfort of playing with a fellow UGAer.
If there's not enough value here, try this: I also don’t dislike Kisner at +1100 to win, should Matt Fitzpatrick and Rory McIlroy falter a bit.
Sungjae Im over Tommy Fleetwood (+125)
In each of his three appearances at this event, Fleetwood has posted one uncommonly high outlier round — yesterday's just happened to come when he was playing in the final pairing.
This is less of a Fleetwood fade, though, and more of a bet on the surging Im.
Speaking of winner’s bets, Im is only four back and +6600. Hmmm.
Patrick Rodgers over Ian Poulter (+125)
Another one where the line feels too biased in favor of the favorite. Rodgers has posted some solid Sunday scores this year, and I like him to hold off Poulter at this price.
