This is an exciting night for me, and most of you reading, as we prepare to celebrate America's birthday tomorrow. The Fourth of July is one of the great days of celebration for everyone in our great land.

The United States shines like a beacon of hope, whose light reaches even the darkest corners of the world. Let this inspire us. We had a rough week or two. No sweat. We do what all great teams do. We get up off the mat, dust ourselves off and get back to the fight. Back to the grind. Back to winning. Let's not wait anymore, let's do it, and do it now.

WINNERS:

Seattle Storm (-3.5) at New York Liberty

7 p.m. ET

The Liberty are the second-worst team in the WNBA and the Storm are one of the better teams in the league. There has been significant reverse line movement in this game thus far. The line opened at Seattle -5, and 74% of the money has been on the Storm, yet the line has fallen to 3.5. Our own John Ewing wrote about just how profitable this spot can be in his article: WNBA Betting: A Profitable ATS System for Storm-Liberty. I'm going with the home side to right the ship tonight.

THE PICK: Liberty +3.5

San Francisco Giants at Colorado Rockies (-115)

8:10 p.m. ET

The Rockies won last night against Madison Bumgarner and the Giants, but save that game, the San Francisco offense has been hot lately. The Giants are 7-3 in their last 10 games and they completed a three-game sweep of the Diamondbacks this past weekend. Plus, they'll have Chris Stratton on the mound — San Fran has gone 11-6 in his starts and has given him plenty of run support. I like the Giants to even the series tonight.

THE PICK: Giants ML +101

Connecticut Sun at Los Angeles Sparks (-7.5)

10:30 p.m. ET

The Sparks are basically trotting out an All-Star team right now and they are cruising, particularly at home, where they are 8-1. The Connecticut Sun, while very talented, have struggled on the road, going 4-6 thus far. I think with a healthy Nneka Ogwumike back in the lineup, the Sparks roll in this one.

THE PICK: Sparks -7.5

Let's TCB, baby!
