  • Our golf betting experts surveyed the entire 2019 Masters field and rated each player like an oddsmaker would.
  • Use the betting power ratings at the bottom of the article to help with your Masters pools and to spot value in the matchup marketplace.

There are a bunch of Masters rankings out there. We're biased in thinking the rankings from The Action Network's own Jason Sobel are best-in-class. Within his piece, Jason predicts, from 1 to 87, how he thinks the tournament will end up. It's an impossible task, but a useful one to see who Jason is higher and lower on than other pundits — and ultimately the golfers he likes to contend this week.

The power ratings below are slightly different than Jason's in that they're meant to be a reflection of the betting market. Each of our five experts went through the entire field and played oddsmaker, rating the players based on their current form, course history and a variety of other factors.

How should you use these ratings? There are tons of different pools out there — from Calcuttas to One-and-Dones to Snake Drafts — and using the list below is a great way to find players who might be overvalued/undervalued in those various markets.

The ratings can also be leveraged as part of your evaluation for head-to-head matchup bets. If you see a player rated higher by our experts but an underdog in a specific matchup, it might be an indication that the number is slightly off.

Dig in and best of luck with all of your Masters investments!
