Thursday’s NBA playoff slate features a trio of games, with the lower seed becoming the home team. If you’d like to bet on these matchups, check out the bet365 bonus code ACTION to earn $200 in bonus bets.

New customers must deposit $10 and bet $1 on a bet with -500 odds or longer at bet365 (meaning -499 is OK, but -501 is not). The $200 bonus bets will be in your account once your first bet settles. The bonus bets are available on any prop or sport, as long as they have -500 odds or longer.

The only downside to the bet365 offer is its availability. Colorado, New Jersey, Ohio, and Virginia are the only states that legalize the sportsbook. Check out our breakdown of the bet365 bonus bets to see how you can profit on Thursday’s NBA playoff slate.

bet365 Bonus Bets: Suns-Clippers

Action Network recommends using your bonus bet on a longshot or plus-money prop. We take this approach because you’ll earn more expected value over time while having a better return on your investment. You only keep your winnings with a bonus bet, not your wager.

The Los Angeles Clippers have looked surprisingly competitive in their playoff series against the Phoenix Suns. Los Angeles won Game 1 and started strong in Game 2. Despite losing the latter, they have to feel confident going home with the series tied.

We haven’t quite seen the Suns hit their potential, but it’s only a matter of time before they show why they’re the favorite to win the Western Conference. Can they take the series lead with a road victory?

Prop Bomb has an SGP for Suns-Clippers at +160. Let’s check out each leg before wagering our bonus bets.

Kawhi Leonard: 25+ Points: After a long recovery from an ACL injury, Kawhi Leonard is officially back to playing heavy minutes and carrying the load for the Clippers.

Without George, Leonard has been the primary go-to guy on offense. Leonard is averaging 28.8 points per game in regular-season contests, playing at least 32 minutes alongside Russell Westbrook.

In the playoffs, his minutes have noticeably dialed up from 33.0 to 40.0 a game in the two outings, resulting in him scoring 31 and 38 points while averaging 22 field goal attempts.

It’s obvious to expect the Suns to come into Game 3 with adjustments that make it harder for Kawhi to score, but his heavy volume makes me confident he will achieve this lowered points total even with a modest performance.

Norman Powell: 12+ Points: Powell has played an integral role off the bench as the Clippers’ sixth man. His scoring is needed most, and his usage skyrockets in non-Kawhi minutes.

Powell averaged 20.0 points per game without George in the six regular-season matchups playing alongside Westbrook and Leonard. He scored at least 12 points in all six of those games.

In the playoffs, Powell has seen an increase from 23 to 28 minutes a game, which shows Tyronn Lue’s growing trust in his role on the team.

In the last outing, Powell scored 12 points on 36.4% shooting.

As previously mentioned, I expect a more concentrated effort from the Suns when it comes to defending Leonard. And that should benefit Powell’s case.

Eric Gordon 2+ 3-Pointers Made: After playing alongside an unserious Rockets team earlier in the season, no player is happier on this team than Eric Gordon, who now gets to play big minutes on a playoff squad.

Without George, Gordon consistently drained at least two 3-pointers in all eight games during the regular season, averaging 5.8 attempts on 22.7 minutes an evening.

What makes me like this prop even more is his expanded role in the playoffs. Gordon has seen a 9.8-minute increase and has attempted 16 3-pointers in this series’ two games.

On top of that, Gordon has attempted 40.0% of the team’s 3-pointers in the playoffs.

Without Reggie Jackson, John Wall and Luke Kennard, the Clippers will need to lean more on Gordon’s sharpshooting volume to beat the Suns in Game 3.

Take a look at the outcome of wagering $200 in bonus bets on the SGP.

  • If the SGP hits, you win $320 but have no bonus bets remaining.
  • If the SGP misses, you have zero winnings and zero bonus bets.
