Undoubtedly, the game of the week in College Football is No. 11 Texas vs. No. 3 Alabama. These teams played a thriller last season, with Alabama kicking a last-second field goal to score a one-point victory. They may be the home team this year, but Alabama isn't as strong as a year ago.

There isn't really a situational angle in this particular game, as you should get both teams' best shot in one of the most high-profile games of the season.

However, even with my lingering concerns over Ewers' footwork, I simply couldn't pass up taking over a touchdown in a matchup of two teams I currently have power-rated very close to even.

Personally, I'd recommend taking this a step further and betting on the Texas ML (+230). There are a few reasons to take this bet, but most importantly, you need to find value with a bonus bet. The bonus bet stake always goes away, no matter the outcome of your bet.
