BetMGM Bonus Code TOPTAN1500: $1,500 First Bet on the House Offered for Saturday CFB Schedule
Saturday's college football games at noon will feature four nationally ranked schools, including No. 3 Florida State and No. 7 Penn State in their respective matchups. If you're seeking action on any CFB games or other ongoing Saturday sports, you can use BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION for a first bet on the house of $1.5K.
A first bet on the house works like this: I deposit $100 into BetMGM after signing up (you can bet any amount up to $1.5K for your first bet). I bet the $100 using BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION on Penn State -14.5 against Illinois at noon Saturday. If Penn State covers the 14.5 points in a victory, I would get my $190.91 payout. If they don't however, I will see $100 in bonus bets.
If I didn't want this kind of offer format, I could just use BetMGM bonus code ACTIONGET for $200 bonus bets back with bets of $10 or more.
Kentucky bettors can also use BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION for $100 they can use on the Sept. 28 launch date.
So what are bonus bets? Let's use an example from Florida State-Boston College that we suggested in our best noon CFB bets.
BetMGM Bonus Bets: Week 3 CFB Saturday
Bonus bets are used to bet with in order to win real cash. The ideal way to bet with them is on longshots whether it be an underdog, parlay or player prop.
We say this because you won't keep bonus bets even if you win with them and it gives good expected value. Expected value is the amount of money you'll win or lose on that bet if it were placed an infinite number of times.
Check out this example of three different $50 bets on different odds and how it drastically increases your EV the lower the probability:
OK, so now let's use $100 in bonus bets on Florida State to cover 25.5 points against Boston College on Saturday:
While weather might be an issue tomorrow, I expect Travis and the Seminoles to put on an aerial show against the unproven Boston College secondary. Should the weather flare up, the ground-and-pound method provides a path for the cover against a weak Eagles rush defense. Look for the Florida State defense to keep the Eagles in check in a result similar to last week’s stomping of Southern Miss.
I recommend laying the 25.5 and playing this to 26.5. If you want to add some juice to this play, you could make a same-game parlay with the over 48 or better. I think that’s an overreaction in the market based on how Saturday’s weather forecast is looking.
Since we want a longer line, let's add Indiana +10 against Louisiana:
I like the Hoosiers to hang tough here on a neutral field against a Louisville team we still don’t know a ton about. The Indiana defense is starting to play like it did under Allen in 2019 and 2020. The Hoosiers are stopping the run and forcing turnovers and held the explosive Ohio State receivers in check for much of the game in the opener.
Louisville may be 2-0, but this is a team that gave up 488 total yards of offense to Georgia Tech and is largely unproven with a new staff and a lot of portal movement. I’ll gladly back the Hoosiers catching double-digits in a game I believe they have a chance of winning outright.
This gives us a parlay of +245 odds that $100 in bonus bets would return $245 in payout.
