Giants-Commanders: BetMGM Bonus Code Unlocks $1,000 for Sunday Night Primetime article feature image

The tied 7-5-1 New York Giants and Washington Commanders will dance on Sunday Night Football and BetMGM bonus code ACTION accesses $1,000 in total value on any Sunday matchup.

After these two settled for a 20-20 tie in Week 13, the pair of NFC East rivals will meet in Washington as both lie in the thick of the wild card hunt. I’ll break down how to bet Sunday Night Football with this BetMGM promo below.

The code ACTION will initiate the promo when used at the checkout step with. BetMGM.

Other Live BetMGM Offers

If you’re in Maryland, Kansas, Louisiana or Illinois, you can use code ACTIONYARD for $200 in free bets. That’s a better offer than the risk-free bet, since you don’t have to risk much.

If you’re looking for a casino bonus code, we’ve got one with $1,025 in value. Use ACTIONCASINO or learn more about how the promo works.

New York Giants (+185) at Washington Commanders (-225)

Since their tie in New Jersey, the Giants would suffer a 48-22 decimation to the division-leading Eagles. The Commanders are undefeated in their last eight games. Daniel Jones has had auspicious matchups against Washington historically. The fourth-year signal caller owns a 4-1-1 overall record against the Commanders and has thrown for ten touchdowns with an average of 225 passing yards per game.

Taylor Heinicke has a smaller sample size against New York, but in his three games against them, he’s averaged 243.7 yards per game. It will be key for the Commanders formidable rush defense to slow down Saquan Barkley, who was questionable due to a neck injury, but should be ready to go. Barkley has returned to his original explosive self in 2022 — averaging 4.3 yards per carry with eight touchdowns and averaging 103.4 yards per game.

The Commanders have found ways to get it done in their backfield with a tag team between Antonio Gibson and Brian Robinson Jr. The two have combined for an average of 109.6 yards in their dominant eight-game stretch. There have been some injury designations between the pair of backs, so their availability for Sunday night will be critical.

Beyond their rush game, Heinicke has utilized the well-rounded receiving corps of Terry McLaurin, Curtis Samuel and Jahan Dotson. McLaurin has most notably resurged with three 100+ yard games in his last six and averaging 7.5 targets on the season. Ever since Heinicke stepped in as the full-time starter over Carson Wentz, it’s been a breath of fresh air for the likes of McLaurin.

This Giants secondary is efficient against the pass however — ranking eleventh, seventh and eighth in attempts, completions and touchdowns allowed, respectively. When all is said and done, it will be a tale of Ron Rivera’s elite defense against Brian Daboll’s sparky rushing offense. Something will have to give.

Selecting a Bet & Free Bets

We can bet anything up to $1,000 with this BetMGM promotion. Let’s shed $100 on the Giants moneyline at +185.

A Giants victory would score $185, but a Commanders win would get back $100 in free bets.

Think of free bets like a friend spotting you for a bet. You may use them to place bets to collect profits if you win, but will lose it if your bet falls through.

Say we have $100 worth of free bets from Giants-Commanders. We can bet it on whatever we please once it appears in our BetMGM account.

For the sake of the example, let’s place all $100 on Baker Mayfield (eek!) and the Rams to upset the Packers on Monday Night Football. BetMGM has these odds set at +240.

Here’s how this would unfold:

Outcome Profits Total $
Rams win $240 $240
Rams lose $0 $0

That’s why books have been migrating away from the “risk-free” language. Because the risk eventually appears once you use the free bets, which puts you in a position to wind up with a donut.
