Caesars Sportsbook Promo Code: $1,250 First Bet Available for Wednesday College Hoops, All Events
Caesars CBB, 02/22/2023
There’s a drove of excellent Wednesday college basketball action suited for Caesars Sportsbook promo code ACTION4FULL, which nets up to $1,250.
A first bet of any type placed on college hoops (or any other Wednesday event) will be on the house. So if one were to wager $1,250 on South Carolina moneyline to beat Alabama at +1050 odds, their money would likely get returned in bet credits with an Alabama win.
If you’re in Ohio, there’s $1,500 available to bet if you use Caesars Sportsbook promo code ACTION41BET at sign up.
Between Iowa-Wisconsin, Kentucky-Florida, Syracuse-Clemson and Wake Forest-NC State, there’s several matchups to love using this bet. We’ll break down some examples for readers.
How to Bet This Caesars Promo Code: Wednesday CBB
There’s two portions of taking advantage of the promotion: Making an advantageous first bet to ensure the best value and maximizing the return on bet credits.
Wagering Your First Bet:
The best way to approach a first bet on the house is long odds. Win, and you’ll get a handsome payout. But lose, and you’ll get your wager back in full.
So try to bet your bankroll on these opportunities. You’ll be able to divide the bet credits up and strategize if the bet loses.
Let’s slap together two of Three Man Weave’s Wednesday CBB best bets in a parlay to pump up the line for this example:
Ky McKeon on Kentucky -2.5 vs. Florida:
In the first game between UK and Florida, Castleton poured in 25 points and grabbed eight boards. His presence inside was key in holding Kentucky’s Oscar Tshiebwe to just 2-for-14 shooting from the field.
Florida’s first game without Castleton didn’t go well. The Gators’ usually staunch defense allowed Arkansas to shoot 65.3% inside the arc and score 1.17 points per possession.
With Tshiebwe — plus a slew of athletic wings — all able to score by attacking the rim, expect the Cats to score at will. Offensively, Florida is lost without Castleton; the Gators built their entire attack around their star big man.
While Florida has capable slashers like Riley Kugel and Will Richard, it doesn’t have the shooting to win games from the 3-point line. Florida is shooting just 29.7% from deep in SEC play. It’ll be forced to be a jump-shooting team sans any post threat.
Oddsmakers have adjusted the line for Castleton’s absence, but in my opinion, they didn’t go far enough. Castleton is arguably one of the five most important players to his team in the country. His loss has a far greater impact than the current line indicates.
Ky McKeon on Vanderbilt -2.5 vs. LSU:
It’s been a disappointing season for the Tigers. The program has been stuck in the mud since conference play began. LSU has dropped 14 straight contests — including 13 SEC games — and is just 3-11 ATS during that span.
The roster just isn’t quite “SEC-level” talented, and the pieces clearly aren’t gelling. Vandy should have no trouble scoring tonight on LSU’s porous defense. The Tigers rank last in the conference in 3-point percentage allowed and 13th in 2-point percentage allowed.
Don’t expect LSU to take advantage of Vanderbilt’s defensive struggles. The Tigers are the SEC’s worst offensive team and rank last in effective field goal percentage and 2-point percentage in conference play. LSU ranks 310th nationally in finishing at the rim, per Hoop-Math, a matter made more difficult by Robbins’ presence in the paint.
With nothing to play for to salvage its season, there’s no reason to expect to see a highly-motivated LSU squad tonight. Vandy, meanwhile, still has a chance at the NCAA tournament and a bye in the SEC Tournament. The Commodores should keep it rolling tonight.
Bet | Line |
---|---|
Kentucky -2.5 | -110 |
Vanderbilt -2.5 | -110 |
Total | +264 |
Let’s bet up to the full $1,250 threshold to get the most value out of the promotion for this example. You can bet any amount under that for your real wager.
- Parlay hits: We win $3,330 for a payout of $4,550. We used our confidence in the promotion to make a high rolling bet that netted a generous profit. The promotion is over.
- Parlay misses: We score back $1,250 in bet credits.
Bet Long With Bet Credits
We suggest bettors to bet on longshot odds because it’s the optimal approach for striking profits.
Let’s look to the late slate where Georgetown takes on St. John’s in a Big East tipoff and New Mexico and Boise State clash from the Mountain West.
Bet | Line |
---|---|
Georgetown ML | +115 |
New Mexico +6.5 | -115 |
Total | +302 |
A $200 wager using bet credits would result as follows:
- Parlay hits: We bank a $606 profit. The $200 in bet credits is not kept.
- Parlay misses: We lose the $200 and try our luck with the remaining $1,050 left.
