Canada’s most significant online gaming launch is on April 4, 2022, and bettors are anxious to know which new sportsbooks will be available in Ontario.
Since Ontario iGaming announced they will be launching an online betting market in Ontario, theScore Bet placed a billboard in downtown Toronto to confirm they will be a part of a historical day in Canadian history. This ad placement was also chosen to grab as many pre-registrations as possible from heavy foot traffic in Toronto.

Ontario Sportsbooks Launching in April
There are about nine sportsbook operators that are expected to launch on or after April 4:
- theScore Bet
- Hard Rock
- NorthStar Bets
These sportsbooks will join the existing approved operators in Ontario: Proline and Sports Interaction. If all sportsbooks mentioned above are able to go live on April 4, Ontario will host over a dozen operators on day one of their online sports betting launch.
