Wisconsinites can now legally bet on sports with their phones, though they'll need to be physically present at one of nine casinos or rest stops in order to do so.

Oneida Casino launched the state’s first mobile app February 21, which lets users place wagers as long as they're at any of the following locations:

  • IMAC Casino
  • West Mason Casino
  • HWY 54 One-Stop
  • Four Paths One-Stop
  • Westwind One-Stop
  • Packerland Casino & One-Stop
  • HWY 29 Travel Center Casino & One-Stop
  • HWY E & HWY EE One-Stop
  • Larsen One-Stop

In-person betting has been legal in Wisconsin since Oneida Casino renegotiated its gaming agreement with the state in November 2021. It is the state’s sole operator.

To register for the Oneida app, bettors must join the Oneida Players Club and put down their first deposit at an in-person sportsbook.

Wisconsin is home to 10 other tribes, though none have yet indicated plans to update their gaming agreements with the state.
