  • Sharp bettors are betting on a specific side in the Reds-Giants game on Sunday afternoon (1:10 p.m. ET).
  • Additionally, professional money has come in on the over/under in Tigers-Twins and Cardinals-Brewers.

While sharp action on Saturday's MLB board was scarce, it's far more apparent this afternoon. Three games in particular have drawn steady action from professional bettors, with two plays coming on totals, and one on a moneyline.

First, here are some terms to know regarding sharp action.

San Francisco Giants and Cincinnati Reds

  • Sharp angle: CIN -109
  • First pitch: 1:10 p.m. ET

Only 43% of bets are on the Reds against the Giants, but their line has moved from -105 to -109. Why? Because sharp bettors are among that 43%.

Triggering two steam moves, sharps have made Cincy the favorite in this game, and looking at the money percentages tells the same story. Despite only 43% of bets landing on the Reds, they've drawn 64% of dollars, indicating that larger — likely sharper — bets are behind them.

Detroit Tigers and Minnesota Twins

  • Sharp angle: Under 9.5/10
  • First pitch: 2:10 p.m. ET

Similarly, only 30% of bets have come on this under, but they're accounting for 64% of dollars wagered, which has moved this under from 10 to 9.5 at several books around the market. The ones that are holding onto the 10 have at least juiced it up to around -120, so the movement is still there.

Sharps have also caused a steam move to further push the line down.

Milwaukee Brewers at St. Louis Cardinals

  • Sharp angle: Under 8.5
  • First pitch: 2:15 p.m. ET

Three steam moves have been triggered on this under, and although the total hasn't moved from its opening number, the juice has moved toward the under, indicating that sharp action is present.
