  • The Toronto Blue Jays have dipped from +140 to +131 vs. the Red Sox, despite the overwhelming majority of bets being on Boston.
  • Sharp bettors have been all over the Pirates-Brewers series, which is continuing on Sunday.

Sharp bettors went 2-1 Saturday, winning a bit over a unit thanks to the plus money they took with Pittsburgh.

Today they’re hammering four spots — including the Pittsburgh matchup again — as they look to build off yesterday’s wins.

Before that, though, here are some terms you should know.

Steam Move: Sudden, drastic and uniform line movement across the market caused by an overload of sharp action from respected players.

Reverse Line Movement: When the betting line moves in the opposite direction of the betting percentages. It’s a top smart money indicator.

Juice: The tax or commission that bettors must pay the sportsbook in order for them to accept your wager.

1:05 p.m. ET

The Blue Jays have attracted only 26% of bettors — making them one of Sunday’s most contrarian spots — but they’ve drawn 62% of dollars, indicating that bigger, and likely sharper, wagers are behind them.

Pittsburgh Pirates (-115) vs. Milwaukee Brewers

Sharps have been all over the Buccos this series, and they’re going back for more today. Pittsburgh has triggered three bet signals, and like Toronto, has fallen from its opening number thanks to some sharp money.

Only 30% of bettors are counting on the Pirates to pull off the five-game sweep, but they account for 43% of dollars wagered.
