  • Wednesday's 10-game NBA slate features four player prop bets offering value
  • This piece will focus on Cavaliers C Ante Zizic, Rockets PF/C Kenneth Faried, Clippers PF/C Montrezl Harrell, and Nuggets C Nikola Jokic

Wednesday’s best NBA player props focus on four of the slate’s 10 games:

  • Cleveland Cavaliers at Boston Celtics: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • Houston Rockets at New York Knicks: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • Los Angeles Clippers at Miami Heat: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • Denver Nuggets at Utah Jazz: 10:30 p.m. ET on ESPN

As a reminder, you can dig deeper on these and many other prop bets by using our FantasyLabs NBA Player Props Tool. It leverages our projections against five of the most popular online sportsbooks and grades each prop on a scale of one to 10.

Cavaliers C Ante Zizic

The Pick: Over 8.5 rebounds (-145)

Zizic has been a big contributor for the shorthanded Cavs recently, logging at least 28 minutes in each of his past three games. He’s grabbed at least nine rebounds in two of those contests, and is in another position to succeed today vs. the Celtics.

They have been pretty weak on the glass this season, ranking just 20th in team rebound rate.

Matt Freedman loves this prop, and I’m jumping on board, as well. I like the over up to -165.

Rockets PF/C Kenneth Faried

The Pick: Over 6.5 rebounds (-135)

Faried made his team debut for the Rockets on Monday and made an immediate impact, logging 13 points and six rebounds in 23.1 minutes vs. the Philadelphia 76ers.

He’s in a much friendlier spot today vs. the Knicks, who rank just 24th in team rebound rate. He should continue to see plenty of playing time with Clint Capela sidelined and Nene being limited to around 15 minutes per game.

Faried can gobble up rebounds when given the opportunity to play and should fit in well with the James Harden on the pick and roll. The over has a Bet Quality of 10 in the Player Prop tool and I’d play it up to -155.

Clippers PF/C Montrezl Harrell

The Pick: Over 7.5 rebounds (-115)

Head coach Doc Rivers recently made a change the to the Clippers’ center rotation, opting to move Harrell into the starting lineup and banish Marcin Gortat and Boban Marjanovic to DNP territory.

Harrell logged 31.3 minutes in his last game and is currently projected for 29.5 minutes in the FantasyLabs NBA Models, which is a good sign for his rebounding prospects: He’s logged at least 29.5 minutes in 11 games this season and has grabbed at least eight boards in 10 of them.

The prop market appears to be undervaluing Harrell’s new role as the starting center, and I’m looking to take advantage. I like the over up to -140.

Nuggets C Nikola Jokic

The Pick: Over 8 assists (+100)

Jokic is one of the best passing big men in this history of the NBA, and he has handed out at least eight dimes in six of his past seven contests.

His current matchup vs. the Jazz is also one where he figures to be more of a distributor than a scorer. Rudy Gobert is one of the best defenders in the league, and he limited Jokic to just seven points in their first meeting this season.

With that said, Jokic made up for it by handing out 16 assists, and he will likely have a similar mentality today.

I wouldn't play the over past the current number.
