Following the first day without college basketball in roughly a month and a half, the greatest sport in America returns to the hardwood in the Diamond Head Classic.

Among the four games, Indiana State and TCU are set for a rematch of their duel on Dec. 16 after UNLV and Bucknell square off.

UNLV Rebels vs. Bucknell Bison

  • Spread: UNLV -2.5
  • Over/Under: 147
  • Time: 6:30 p.m. ET
  • TV channel: ESPNU

The Rebels (7-4 against the spread) are coming off three losses in their past five games, but they’ve managed to cover four of them. Enter the Bison (6-5 ATS), who have failing to cover two of their past three contests.

Despite UNLV’s struggles in the turnover department this season, amassing the 24th-worst rate in college basketball, Bucknell sits in the bottom half of forced miscues.

The Rebels shouldn’t have an issue operating their offense, allowing their size advantage to shred the Bison inside.

UNLV owns the second-highest Offensive Rebounding Rate (42.8%) in the nation and should dominate time of possession as a result.

The Rebels’ biggest issue in an 84-79 loss to Indiana State on Sunday was a slow start, scoring just eight points in the first 10 minutes.
