  • With several early-season tournaments in progress, Tuesday's college hoops slate once again features a number of games being played on neutral courts.
  • With that as a slight edge, sharp bettors have targeted three over/unders on tonight's slate.

As was the case yesterday, today's slate of college hoops matchups features plenty of games being played on neutral sites. With that in mind, sharp bettors have been keying in on over/unders to find value this evening.

Three games in particular have caught the eyes of wiseguys, with start times of 5 p.m., 7 p.m. , and 8:30 p.m. ET.

Betting Terms to Know

Steam Move: Sudden, drastic and uniform line movement across the market caused by an overload of sharp action from respected players.

Reverse Line Movement: When the betting line moves in the opposite direction of the betting percentages. It’s a top smart money indicator.

Line Freeze: When one side is getting heavy betting, but the line won’t budge, indicating sharp liability on the other side.

Juice: The tax or commission that bettors must pay sportsbooks in order for them to accept your wager. A -115 juice means a bettor would have to wager $115 to win $100.

Tulane vs. UC Irvine

5 p.m. ET

Sharp angle: Under (moved from 141.5 to 139)

Being played in Estero, Fla., this is the first of tonight's neutral site matchups that has drawn sharp bettors to the under.

Though it hasn't been just wiseguys who think the unfamiliarity of a neutral site will lead to less offense. Fifty-eight percent of overall bets have hit this under.

The reason that we can definitively call it a sharp play is because of the money percentages and sharp signals.

Sixty-seven percent of dollars wagered have hit the under, meaning it is attracting bigger, probably sharper, bettors.

And on top of that, the under has triggered two Sports Insights Bet Signals — indications of line movement caused by sharp action.

Together, those factors have caused the total to fall more than two points from its opening number.

Saint Peter's @ NC State

7 p.m. ET | ESPN CE

Sharp angle: Over (moved from 147 to 148.5)

Other than the bet itself, and the fact that this is not a neutral site game, this is almost an identical situation to the one above.

In this case, it's been the over that has drawn 69% of bettors, but those bettors have generated 97% of money wagered on the total.

That, plus the three Bet Signals on the over, has caused oddsmakers to readjust this total, bumping it up 1.5 points from its opener.

Wright State vs. Penn State

8:30 p.m. ET | CBSSN

Sharp angle: Under (moved from 141.5 to 139)

The final game on tonight's report comes from Cancun, meaning we've got another neutral court under play from wiseguys.

Once again, the under is the slightly more popular bet, attracting 56% of tickets being placed on the total. And once again, those bets have made up for a heavy majority of actual money — in this case, 83%.

Three Bet Signals — all of which have come in the form of steam moves — have hit this under, causing the 2.5-point line fall.
