The top of my Associated Press Top 25 ballot is still the same as last week, but Michigan and Oklahoma State moved into the top five after wins over their respective conference rivals.

Georgia remains No. 1 on my ballot, followed by Alabama, Michigan, Oklahoma State and Cincinnati.

Ohio State drops from No. 3 to No. 9 after losing at Michigan, while Oklahoma fell out of the top 10 after losing at Oklahoma State.

NC State and Appalachian State are new to my rankings this week, replacing Wisconsin and UTSA.

Here’s my updated AP ballot compared with Action Network senior writer Collin Wilson’s current power ratings entering Week 14 of the college football season.

It’s a Festivus Miracle: Collin agrees with nine of my Top 10 teams for the first time all season.

Nine of Collin’s top 10 teams in his power ratings are in my Top 10 — the only exception is that I ranked Baylor at No. 8 and Collin rates the Bears at No. 20.

Collin and I don’t have much agreement on my next 10 teams ranked between Nos. 11-20.

Of those 10 teams, Collin only has three — Oregon, Oklahoma and Pitt — rated in the same neighborhood.

The biggest discrepancy in this grouping is BYU and Houston. I ranked BYU No. 11, Collin has the Cougars No. 37. I ranked Houston No. 15, while Collin has UH at No. 38.

The final five teams on my ballot include two newcomers this week: No. 24 NC State and No. 25 Appalachian State.

Collin’s top 25 ratings includes several schools I didn’t feature on my Top 25 ballot. Those schools not on my ballot that are in Collin’s Top 25: No. 13 Wisconsin, No. 15 Clemson, No. 19 Penn State, No. 21 Tennessee, No. 22 Arizona State, No. 23 North Carolina, No. 24 Auburn and No. 25 UCLA.
