The Clemson Tigers had held firm as 3- or 3.5-point favorites for Saturday's Week 1 opener against Georgia. However, the underdog's getting public support mere hours out from kick.

Georgia money came rolling in Saturday afternoon, moving Clemson off a key -3 to -2.5 around the market.

Clemson's the second-best team in Collin Wilson's 2021 Power Ratings with a 98.5 grade – a modest bump from Georgia, which is fifth (93.5).

The total for Saturday's clash is 51.5 at DraftKings. Both offenses feature high-profile gunslingers in Clemson's DJ Uiagalelei (+750 to win the Heisman) and Georgia's J.T. Daniels (+1400).

Saturday marks the 13th consecutive game as a favorite for Clemson, which owns the second-shortest odds to win the national title behind Alabama.

Georgia, meanwhile, is 9-5-1 against the spread in 15 neutral-site contests under head coach Kirby Smart.
