  • Wintry conditions are expected for Sunday's Arizona Cardinals-Green Bay Packers Week 13 game (1 p.m. ET, FOX) .
  • Though a steady snowfall during the game is unlikely, sustained winds over 15 mph are in the forecast.
  • With inclement weather expected, the over/under has fallen from 46 to 43.5 thanks to big money flowing in on the under.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Green Bay. The calendar will read Dec. 2 on Sunday and the Snow Miser will have a little something up his sleeve when the Cardinals head to town to face the Packers.

Though Green Bay has just four measly wins, it's a massive 14-point favorite over the 2-9 Cardinals. Points could be at a premium as the over/under is dropping thanks to the ugly forecast.

With the game still a couple of days out, it's tough to nail down exactly when and what type of precipitation will be falling. If you come from a snowy region of the country, you know what I'm talking about.

Earlier this month, the forecast called for an inch of snow in my hometown of Ipswich, Mass. before it switched to rain. We got nine inches.

After perusing a few different weather sources, it's clear that stuff will be falling from the sky on Sunday. THAT we know. The timing is a bit sketchy, though.

The consensus is that the heaviest of the snow will fall in the morning before the game and taper off into a mix of snow and rain after kickoff.

More definite and perhaps even more consequential is … the wind.

Everywhere I look agrees that winds will be whipping, with average speeds in the ballpark of 16 mph and gusts over 20 mph. Snowflakes may be scattered, but the wind won't be going anywhere.

Since opening, the over/under has dropped from 46 to 44 and even to 43.5 at some books. Though bets are slightly in favor of the over, more than 90% of the money has come in on the under.

Steady snow falling during the game would be a nice bonus, but the high winds are enough to impact the total on their own.
