The New Orleans Saints today signed 30-year old, free agent wide receiver Dez Bryant to a 1-year deal. The Saints play the Cincinnati Bengals this week on the road and are listed as 5.5-point favorites, which is up from 4.5 as of yesterday.
Three weeks from now, the New Orleans Saints will travel to AT&T Stadium to face the Dallas Cowboys, where Dez Bryant spent eight seasons and scored 75 total receiving touchdowns (including the playoffs).
Bovada told The Action Network that it would currently make the Saints 5-point road favorites over the Cowboys.
That’s in line with the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook’s 5.5-point “Game of the Year” spread, which are posted before the season.
The Saints now receive an added offensive weapon after winning seven of their first eight games to start the season for just the third time in franchise history and the first time since 1991.
