The Giants made Odell Beckham Jr. football's highest-paid receiver on Monday, inking the 25-year old to a five-year extension worth up to $95 million with an absurd $65 million guaranteed.

Not everyone appreciates OBJ's dramatic celebrations and occasional sideline outbursts, but it's tough to argue with his production: Beckham's per-game averages through four seasons place him above even the greatest receivers to grace the league since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger:

Eli Manning's average of 7.1 yards per attempt and 1.9/1 TD/INT ratio have fallen to 6.2 yards and a 1.3/1 TD/INT ratio without OBJ on the field.

Enter OBJ.

After first burning old man Brent Grimes in the red zone with a beautiful toe-drag touchdown, Beckham executed a filthy double move to spring free for a game-winning 84-yard score.

Beckham eventually drove the final dagger into the hearts of Dolphins bettors, converting a short third down to seal the victory with less two minutes remaining and the Dolphins out of timeouts.

The Giants didn't run a single play inside the Cowboys' 20-yard line, but OBJ's electric 61-yard catch-and-run touchdown midway through the third quarter wound up being all they needed.

2015, Week 15: Panthers at Giants

OBJ's on-field warfare with then-Carolina Panthers cornerback Josh Norman in this game provided one of the most-intense WR-CB battles in recent memory.

Norman and the Panthers built a 35-7 third-quarter lead in MetLife Stadium. Beckham was held without a catch in the first half and racked up four penalties in the game.

The performance was far from pretty, as OBJ was later suspended one game for a reckless helmet-to-helmet hit on Norman.

Still, the Giants' ace receiver managed to once again save the day, toasting Norman for a late touchdown on fourth-and-goal from the 14-yard line to tie the game.

The Panthers drove down the field and kicked a field goal to capture a last-second 38-35 victory, but Giants +4 bettors went home happy.
