  • Sharp bettors have made an over/under play on tonight's Minnesota Vikings at Seattle Seahawks Monday Night Football matchup (8:15 p.m. ET, ESPN).
  • Our Sports Insights Bet Signals reveal which way the smart money is going.

When Week 14 lines were released about a week ago, the Seahawks opened as 3.5-point favorites in their Monday night matchup with Minnesota. Since then, the point spread has done a bit of a back-and-forth between -3.5 and -3.

And while spreads tend to attract more bettors than over/unders, it's actually the total that's drawn significant action from sharps tonight.

As of the middle of the day Monday, the total is listed at the same number at which it opened last week (46). That's not to be taken as an indication that bettors are split on their decision, however.

Seventy percent of bets and 80% of dollars are on the over, creating a clear liability on the over for sportsbooks. But when they tried to adjust the total to compensate for that liability, sharps took advantage of the inflated number.

Four Sports Insights Bet Signals have been triggered on the under, indicating four instances of market-wide line movement caused by sharp action. That's brought the total from its adjusted number, 47, back to the opener of 46, and even as far as 45.5 at some books.

For what it's worth, Brad Allen will be the crew chief for tonight's game, and in games in which he's been at the head of the officiating crew, unders have gone 43-30 (58.9%), according to Bet Labs.

Sharps will be hoping to see that percentage increase by the end of the night.
