The Colorado Buffaloes football team is preparing for the 2023 season with renewed optimism and a fresh start under the guidance of new Head Coach Deion Sanders. After a challenging 2022 season, where they finished with a 1-11 overall record and a 1-8 record in the Pac-12 conference, the Buffaloes are aiming to turn their fortunes around and make a mark in college football.

Colorado struggled immensely against the spread in 2022, covering in only 2 games.

Here’s an example of a Buffaloes spread:

If Colorado, the favored (-) team here, wins 24-13, its bets win because the margin of victory (11) is more than the spread. Underdog (+) teams only need to lose by less than the spread, but winning the game will do the trick, too.

Colorado Buffaloes Over/Unders

Moneyline bets on the team expected to lose, the underdog, pay out more than bets on the team expected to win.

To illustrate, Colorado beating Stanford as a +285 underdog means that a $100 bet profited $285. If the Buffs had been -285 favorites and won, a $285 bet would profit $100.
