Millman launched Action with The Chernin Group in 2018 and helped drive its $240 million sale to Better Collective in 2021. Through its award-winning app, website, podcasts, live shows, videos, and social handles -- as well as partnerships across leagues, sportsbooks and media outlets -- Action serves tens of millions of fans.
Millman also hosts the top-ranked betting podcast, The Favorites, which is sponsored by FanDuel Sportsbook.
Experience
Prior to joining Action, Millman was ESPN Digital’s Editorial Director and Editor-In-Chief of ESPN The Magazine. At ESPN, he made regular appearances across SportsCenter, E60, and other programs. He also wrote weekly columns and hosted a weekly podcast, Behind The Bets.
Millman has also written seven books -- including four New York Times' bestsellers -- ranging from the autobiography of Howard Stern producer Baba Booey (They Call Me Baba Booey) and a non-fictional look into the lives of Las Vegas bookmakers and bettors (The Odds).
