There are two BetMGM bonus codes up for grabs this week. You can use the BetMGM bonus code TOPTAN1600 to snag a 20% deposit match, maxing out at $1.6K in sports bonus. So if you deposit $100, you get $20 in sports bonus. The max deposit is $8K.

This has a 10x rollover, which means you need to wager 10 times the amount of sports bonus you get before being able to withdraw.

So let's say I wanted to place $1K on Knicks -4.5 with my first bet at BetMGM. The bet/get for $150 will ensure the value no matter what happens with your first bet at bet365.

So if you wanted to place $10 on Myles Turner over 17.5 points against the Knicks in Game 2 as your first wager, you would get the payout in cash plus the $150 bonus if he scores 18 or more on Wednesday. When it comes to using bonus bets at FanDuel or any sportsbook, you should bet plus-money wagers always. You can't take advantage of the sportsbook by betting a favorite, so go with an underdog or some kind of long shot prop.
