What is the Legal Betting Age for the Kentucky Derby?

If you're interested in placing action on the 2024 Kentucky Derby on May 4, 2024 at Churchhill Downs, there is a minimum age you need to be depending on what state you're in.
Most states require you to be 18, but there are several that have 19 and 21-years-old age minimums and some where horse betting is not currently legal. We've listed the age for every U.S. state below.
