Boston Celtics +320 to Win the 2023 NBA Championship

Boston is currently tied with the Milwaukee Bucks at +320 to win the 2023 NBA Finals. The Celtics have one of the deepest and skilled rosters in the NBA, so this projection should not come as a surprise.

The Celtics are looking to make a second-straight appearance in the NBA Finals during the Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown (honorable mention to Marcus Smart and Al Horford) era and win their first championship in 15 years.

Expect Boston to run through the East but be realistically challenged by the Milwaukee Bucks, Philadelphia Sixers, and the Miami Heat when the playoffs come around.

Boston Bruins +400 to win the 2023 Stanley Cup

The Bruins have been the best team in the NHL this season. They are on pace to have an historic campaign.

Aside from holding the league's best record, Boston has a +47 better goal differential than the next team (+105 goal differential in total), the Carolina Hurricanes. Also, the Bruins recently became the fastest team to reach 100 points in NHL history and are the first team to win 50 games this season.

Recently, the Bruins inked the sixth-highest NHL contract extension with their best player David Pastrňák for another eight years and $90 million.

The betting market pegs Pastrňák and Co. as the most likely team to win the 2023 Stanley Cup, which would give them their seventh title all-time and first since 2011. But it's hockey and there are plenty of unknowns, so this +400 price implies that the Bruins have less than 50% chance to win it all.

Boston Red Sox +310 to make the MLB Playoffs

The Red Sox were about eight games shy of making the playoffs last season, but after losing a few key pieces including shortstop Xander Bogaerts, the betting market doesn't like their chances much more in 2023.

They're priced at +310 to make the postseason at FanDuel, with a win total of 78.5. That's fourth in the AL East, 11 games behind the Rays (89.5) and just two ahead of the Orioles (76.5).

New England Patriots +3000 to win the AFC East

The Patriots finished last season 8-9 and missed the playoffs by one game. Although this was disappointing, Mac Jones and the Pats were right there a season ago. But with the Bills dominating the AFC East, New England is priced at +3000.

Last season, New England was tied for third in sacks (54.0) and were the eighth-best team in yards allowed (322.0).

While the Patriots weren't one of the best teams in the NFL, they finished the season slightly better than the New York Jets, who got off to a hot 6-3 start, but behind the Miami Dolphins, who did make the playoffs.

We'll see if the Pats can get back to their winning ways after dominating the division for two decades.

New England Revolution +3000 to win the 2023 MLS Cup

We all know this is a long shot, but wouldn't it be impressive if the New England Revolution stunned everyone and won the 2023 MLS Cup?

The Revolution in 2021 had their best season since they joined the MLS 27 years ago, finishing with the best record (22-5-7) in the league. Ultimately, NE was upset by New York City FC in the second round of the  playoffs. In 2022, the Revolution failed to qualify for the MLS Cup Playoffs.
