Promoguy’s Bets for Thursday, Including Boosts & Promos from Seahawks-49ers

It's a busy night in the promo and boost world as the 49ers take on the Seahawks on Thursday Night Football. We've also got a primetime NBA matchup between the Jazz and Pelicans that features heavily in our betting card.

I have two boosts at FanDuel (one that's +EV on its own, one worth using free bets on), three plays at DraftKings and first TD insurance at BetMGM.

FanDuel

1. NBA Super Boost

FanDuel is offering a strong boost of Zion Williamson to score 30+ points and the Pelicans to beat the Jazz tonight. It's playable now but I'll wait til closer to tip to tweet it out.

2. PMI

FanDuel's PMI boost is -EV, but if you have free bets left from earlier this week, this is a good opportunity to use them. They will convert to cash at greater than an 85% rate.

We need Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle to each score a touchdown, and CMC to post 80+ yards from scrimmage. The boost pays +750. So while not a play on its own, it's worth using free bets on.

DraftKings

1. CMC Anytime TD

I'm taking this Christian McCaffrey anytime TD boost, down from -145 to +100.

I believe the fair value is around -115, giving it 7% EV.

2. 33% SGP Boost

DraftKings has a 33% SGPx boost for Thursday, so I'm taking

• Bruins moneyline vs. the Kings
• Bruins over 0.5 goals in the first period
• Jazz moneyline vs. the Pelicans

An SGPx is a way to combine same game parlays and single bets — for this promo, I need to bet at least two legs of the same game, then a single leg of another game.

3. First Drive Boost

DraftKings is giving a 50% profit boost on either side of the "first drive" prop — aka will it end in points or not.

I'm taking "yes" boosted to +246 for TNF. Opt into the boost here.

BetMGM

As always, I'm playing the first touchdown insurance promo at BetMGM. Bet on a first TD scorer, and you'll get free bets back if it doesn't cash, up to $25.
