- For the first time all week, the Denver Broncos have moved to +3 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
- The line had reached +5.5 earlier in the week, but has since been bought down by sharp bettors.
Sharp bettors are hammering the Broncos for tonight's matchup with the Chiefs on Monday Night Football.
Sunday night, I wrote about how professionals had gradually been getting down on Denver throughout the week, moving the line from +5/5.5 in some spots down to +3.5.
Well, the action hasn't stopped as the Broncos recently moved to +3 at one sharp book.
The line sat at +5.5 on Wednesday morning and has gradually moved in Denver's favor. Bettors have to lay -122 to take Kansas City's side tonight, but it's still a big move to a key number nonetheless.
Most sportsbooks across the NFL betting market remain at Broncos +3.5 but they could follow the lead if Denver money continues to flow.
As it currently stands, Denver is getting 34% of bets and 42% of dollars. With the line now available at 3, it will be interesting to see whether or not the Chiefs are bought back before kickoff.
