Like we described above, bonus bets work like this — you keep any profits, but not the credit itself. So if I bet $50 on Devonta Smith to score a touchdown for the Eagles at +200, I'll get $100 if he scores but not keep the $50 bonus bet. If he doesn't score, the bonus bet goes away.
