  • Which drivers should you consider for NASCAR's biggest race? We've ranked the entire field.

The starting lineup for the 2020 Daytona 500 is set, meaning the next meaningful racing will be Sunday's 62nd running of the Great American Race.

Because the Daytona 500 will attract bettors and traditional fantasy NASCAR and DFS players, our analysts — PJ Walsh, Matthew Freedman and Nick Giffen — ranked the entire field for anyone interested in this race.

Please note that our rankings are based on projected strength and not necessarily NASCAR betting or DFS value.

Here's a look at our Daytona 500 driver rankings, including starting position and odds from DraftKings Sportsbook as of Friday at 2 p.m. ET.

Daytona 500 Driver Ranking Notes

All three analysts have Joey Logano as their top-ranked driver, which isn't all that surprising considering his strength at the superspeedways last season and a victory in his Duel race on Thursday night.

Based on Daytona 500 odds, Aric Almriola (+2200), Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (+2000) and Kurt Busch (+2500) are the best values among drivers ranked in our top 10.

On the other hand, with odds of +1200 but a consensus ranking of just 15th, Martin Truex Jr. is overvalued by the current market.

For those playing NASCAR DFS, Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott all rank inside our top-five overall rankings despite starting outside of the top 20. The opportunity for position differential bonus points makes them valuable Daytona 500 fantasy options.
