Prop bets can be a great way to get action on a game. Bookmakers don’t have to worry about taking a lot of action on them, so there isn’t as great an incentive to post a competitive line.

As a result, props can be some of the most exploitable bets on the board.

These props can become downright unfair when you combine them with the FantasyLabs Player Prop tool.

Friday’s best props focus on three of the slate’s eight games:

  • Toronto Raptors at Boston Celtics: 7 p.m. ET on ESPN
  • Miami Heat at Indiana Pacers: 7 p.m. ET
  • Sacramento Kings at Memphis Grizzlies: 8 p.m. ET

Lets dive right in.

Raptors F Pascal Siakam

The Pick: Under 14.5 points (-130)

Siakam has been fantastic for the Raptors recently, averaging 17.2 points over his past 10 games. He’s eclipsed the 14.5-point threshold in six straight games, but there’s reason to believe he’s due for some regression.

For starters, he’s shot a ridiculous 66.3% from the field over that time frame, which is drastically better than his career mark of 52.8%. He also has a difficult matchup today against the Celtics, who rank first in the league in defensive efficiency. The Raptors are implied for just 106.75 points, which represents a decrease of nearly 10 points when compared to their season average (116.5).

Siakam has been a machine this season, but that’s creating some value with the under in a difficult matchup. I wouldn’t play this line at much lower than 14.5, but I have no problem playing the current number up to -140.

Pacers G Victor Oladipo

The Pick: Over five assists (-130)

Oladipo is playing some of his best basketball of the season at the moment and has handed out at least seven assists in each of his past three games. He’s in a decent spot today against the Heat, who rank 12th in pace and 17th in defensive efficiency this season. He’s posted a career-high in both assist rate (24.1) and assists per game (4.9) this season, so this number feels a touch low.

I like how this game sets up for Oladipo, but I still wouldn’t go crazy with this prop. I wouldn’t play it at much higher than -130.

Grizzlies C Marc Gasol

The Pick: Over 8.5 rebounds (-145)

Gasol has averaged 8.5 rebounds per game this season, so on the surface, this number seems about right. That said, he has a juicy matchup against the Kings, who played at the fastest pace in the league this season. They also rank just 27th in rebound rate, which should result in a lot of opportunities for Gasol to do some damage on the glass.

The over has a bet quality of nine in the Player Prop tool, and I like it quite a bit myself. I’d be willing to play it up to -175 and over 9.0 as well.
