Tuesday’s Best NBA Player Props: Betting Willie Cauley-Stein Rebounds, More

Prop bets can be a great way to get action on a game. Bookmakers don’t have to worry about taking a lot of action on them, so there isn’t as great an incentive to post a competitive line.

As a result, props can be some of the most exploitable bets on the board.

Tuesday’s best props focus on three of the slate’s five games:

• Chicago Bulls at Indiana Pacers: 7 p.m. ET
• Orlando Magic at Miami Heat: 7:30 p.m. ET
• Sacramento Kings at Phoenix Suns: 9 p.m. ET

Let’s dive right in.

Pacers PF/C Domantas Sabonis

The Pick: Over 15 points (-114)

Sabonis very rarely sees more than 30 minutes of playing time, but he’s typically extremely involved in the offense when he is on the floor. He’s been even more involved with Victor Oladipo out of the lineup, averaging 16.1 points per game while seeing a usage bump of +3.7%.

Sabonis has a nice matchup against the Bulls, who have allowed the fifth-most points to opposing centers this season.

He's coming off just six points in his most recent contest, so I think this is a nice buy-low opportunity. I like the over up to -140.

Magic G/F Jonathon Simmons

The Pick: Under 9 points (-125)

Simmons had a brief stretch of relevance when the team was dealing with an injury to Aaron Gordon, but those days appear to be over.

Simmons has played just 23 and 20.5 minutes in his past two games and has scored six or fewer points in two of his past three contests. Orlando is projected for just 102.25 points against the Heat, the second-lowest mark on the slate.

Simmons is averaging just 7.4 points per game this season, so I have no problem banking on single-digit points from him on Tuesday. I’d play the under up to -150.

Kings C Willie Cauley-Stein

The Pick: Over 8.5 rebounds (+118)

Cauley-Stein hasn’t seen the most consistent playing time recently, but the injury to Marvin Bagley should solidify his minutes for Tuesday's matchup against the Suns.

It’s an excellent matchup for his rebound chances, with the Suns currently ranking 28th in offensive efficiency and dead last in team rebound rate. That should lead to a lot of rebound chances given that the Kings play at the second-fastest pace in the league.

Cauley-Stein has pulled down at least 10 boards in each of his past two games and has averaged 10.6 rebounds per 36 minutes this season. I love getting this prop at better than even money, but I’d play the over up to -140.
