Sports. Are. Returning!
UFC 249 is the first big American sporting event to take place in a long time and bettors are antsy to get some skin in the game. Luckily, sportsbooks are posting some nice deals to help bettors ease back into the action.
This weekend, DraftKings is offering new and existing customers a 20% profit boost for an MMA bet of their choosing! (Available in New Jersey, Indiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.)
If you’re new to DraftKings, click this link and you’ll get up to a $1,000 sign-up bonus. You can still take advantage of this promotion and get your new-user bonuses, so you might as well do both, right?
Once you’re signed up, all you have to do is opt-in to the UFC promotion on the DraftKings Sportsbook home page.
How does it work?
Say you bet on Justin Gaethje (+150) and risk the maximum allowed for this promotion ($50). Normally, you’d win $75 if he wins, but with the 20% boost, you’d win $90.
On the flipside, if you bet $50 on Tony Ferguson (-177) you’d typically win $28.25, but with this you’d win $33.90.
As you can tell, this is better used on underdogs rather than favorites. The bigger the original payout, the bigger your 20% boosted payout would be.
This is available for any available MMA market, not just Ferguson-Gaethje, and includes options like exact outcome props, which give you the ability to get some serious boosts. You can also use your boosted bet in the live market or on parlays.
While the examples listed above would net you an additional $15 and $5.65, respectively, you can win all the way up to an additional $250. Don’t be afraid to get creative!
