First Round Leader Predictions

Bryson DeChambeau (+1800): Bryson DeChambeau has been one of the players to beat in majors over the last two years, finishing sixth or better in five of his last six majors. During that span, he has been fifth or better after the first round three times. The defending U.S. Open champion should get off to a fast start.

Sam Burns (+6000): Sam Burns has been playing his best golf lately, finishing in the top 20 in five of his last six starts, including a second-place finish last week. His strong results are a product of his fast starts, as Burns ranks in the top 10 in first-round scoring average on the PGA Tour.

U.S. Open Golf Winner Predictions

Jon Rahm (+1200): Jon Rahm has had mixed results in majors since joining the LIV Tour, but it appears he's turned a corner with three straight top-15 finishes. Rahm was tied for the lead in the final round of last month's PGA Championship before faltering late. The 2021 U.S. Open winner should be a factor this week and could capture his third major.

Russell Henley (+5500): Russell Henley is quietly having a strong season, recording one victory and six top-10 finishes in 12 starts on the PGA Tour. Henley has missed the cut in both majors this season, but the U.S. Open has been his best major, with top-15 finishes in three of his last four starts. Don't count him out as he seeks his first major title.
