The Orioles have lost at least 108 games in each of the last two full season and have not shown any interest in getting demonstrably better. Their best player, Trey Mancini, is primed for a great comeback story after beating cancer, but he’s only projected for a 110 DRC+. Breakout 2020 star Anthony Santander is due to regress. Adley Rutschman isn’t coming to the majors anytime soon. The team is set to give Matt Harvey starts. Matt Harvey! 

Oh, and the Orioles play in one of the most competitive divisions in baseball. There’s nothing here that doesn’t indicate the Orioles won’t again be among the worst teams in baseball, and competing with the Rangers and Tigers for worst in the American League. Another 100-loss season seems likely.
