Hali can get buckets but we have consistently seen this as coming later in the game when his team needs a scoring burst. After that abysmal 4Q where the offense stalled, I expect a refocus on their fundamentals. This aligns more closely with ball movement and Hali being at the center of that. This series, he has scored 4, 0, and 4 1Q points taking 3, 3, and 2 shots in the 1Q. He doesn’t play the entire quarter either so we have some wiggle room there. On the flip side, he has dished out 5, 4, and 2 dimes in the 1Q. Hali as a facilitator is an offensive engine, and I expect Carlisle to recenter him tonight.

KARLLLLLLL had one of the best ends to a game in his career in Game 3 and put this Knicks team on his back. He got his shots up and continues to get strong looks from beyond the arc. I’m drinking some juice here but KAT has 2+ 3s in 7 straight against Indiana with 4/8, 2/5, 3/7 against them this series. He’s getting his opportunities from deep and he’s continually firing over smaller defenders or if their bigs go under screens.
