The Raptors take on the Nets on Tuesday night, with Toronto having a real chance to close the gap on the Wizards for the No. 10 seed in the Eastern Conference.

Nick Nurse finally has a full complement of players at his disposal for Toronto. But this well-coached squad has been consistently competitive regardless of who is in the lineup, a staple of the Nurse-Masai Ujiri era of Raptors basketball.

Toronto has won four of their last five games, and they have covered Against The Spread (ATS) in five of their last six. Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet are clearly working their way back into shape after recent returns. The duo combined to shoot 6-for-19 from the field, but they also combined for 16 assists.

With the Raptors starting to look like the Raptors of yesteryear, there is a good reason to believe they can keep they can at least keep things close on Tuesday night.

Brooklyn is gearing up for their postseason run, likely hoping to form some semblance of on-court chemistry between their big three of Kyrie Irving, James Harden, and Kevin Durant.

The Nets have won three of their last five games, with one of those two losses coming against the Raptors. In that April 21 game, the Harden-less, Durant-less Nets got 28 points from Irving in an 11-point loss.

While Harden and Durant are obviously huge to Brooklyn’s offensive success, it was shocking to see the Raptors able to hold Irving and Co. to 103 points.

Although Kevin Durant is back in the lineup for tonight’s game against the Raptors,  it appears that sharp bettors have kept the result of the last matchup in their back of their minds. Our PRO Report showcases how sharp bettors are viewing Tuesday night’s Atlantic Division showdown.
