There's unrest around the Egyptian national team as star Mo Salah is reportedly considering stepping down from the team after he was made uncomfortable by the leader of Chechnya using him as a political prop. Even if he wasn't being used as a pawn by a controversial political leader, Salah was likely never going to play in this match because both teams have been eliminated.

Saudi Arabia looked more organized in their second game, a 1-0 loss to Uruguay, but they still offer very little going forward and Egypt's well-structured game should prove too difficult to break down.

In fact, both of these teams held Uruguay — the favorite to win the group before the tournament — to one goal, but were picked apart by Russia. While it was somewhat surprising to see Egypt go down against Russia in that style, they needed to play for the win and they paid for it.

It is always dangerous to bet on a game that means nothing to either side, but it's hard to argue against Egypt saving their blushes by bringing a win back home from Russia. The Pharaohs are clearly a class above the Green Falcons and should prove too tough to break down.
