Warriors SF Andre Iguodala
THE PICK: Over 3.5 Assists (-130)
Iguodala is averaging 5.0 assists per 36 minutes in the 2,434 minutes he has played without Kevin Durant off the floor since KD joined the team in 2016, according to our NBA On/Off tool.
Also working in his favor is his 5-of-8 performance from downtown in Game 6 against Houston, which could draw more aggressive closeouts from Portland and force him to make the extra pass more often (the Clippers and Rockets gleefully let him fire away for most of the postseason).
Our NBA Player Models have Iggy projected for 4.5 assists in 34.6 minutes, earning this prop a perfect 10 rating in bet quality from our props tool.
He dished four-plus dimes in only 45.5% of his regular season games, but after adjusting for his projected 49% minutes increase and 4% increase in assists with KD off the floor, over 3.5 should have value up to -240, though I wouldn't touch over 4 at anything more than standard juice.
I usually throw a few more prop picks in the Action Network App throughout the night as I do more research and lineup news trickles in, so be sure to follow me there.
