The Outlook
The 36-year-old tour veteran has rough history at the U.S. Open but somehow snuck into the top five last year at Erin Hills. He’s been struggling this season, missing five of his past eight cuts, mostly due to spraying the ball all over the place. He’s hit just 57.8% of his greens and 51.8% of his fairways over his past five events. Considering he ranks 74th in the field in distance off the tee, it’s hard to get excited about any parts of his game right now.
