The Outlook
Not sure we can yet call this a breakthrough season for List, considering he’s still seeking his first career PGA Tour victory, but it’s at least a mini-breakthrough, based on a ledger that includes a playoff loss, a T-3 and three other top-10s. The next step in List’s progression is to at least qualify for and start playing in some of the game’s biggest events. His three U.S. Open starts were all missed cuts more than a decade ago. In fact, he’s played in just a single major during the past 10 years – also an MC at last year’s PGA Championship.
