NFL player prop bets offer tremendous value on the board every week. They receive less action and money than NFL sides and totals, opening up attractive opportunities for bettors.

One of the best resources to help determine which prop bets to wager on is our FantasyLabs Player Props tool.

We leverage the listed prop bets against our player projections from Sean Koerner, the No. 1 in-season fantasy football ranker in three of the past four seasons.

Each prop bet receives a Bet Quality grade between 1 and 10, with 10 being the biggest edge.

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes

The Pick: Under 11.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
Bet Quality: 9/10

While Mahomes' rushing yards have increased recently, I expect a regression on the road against a tough Chicago defense.

The Bears have allowed the seventh-fewest rushing yards to opposing quarterbacks on just the fourth-fewest attempts. With Mahomes experiencing a slight injury to his throwing hand last week against New England, I expect him to be even more cautious scrambling outside the pocket.

This game does little to improve the Chiefs' playoff standing, with the Ravens and Patriots locked into the top-two seeds.

Our projection of 9.9 rushing yards is 20% below the implied total of 12.2. I would bet this prop to -130.

Bears WR Allen Robinson

The Pick: Under 70.5 Receiving Yards (-112)
Bet Quality: 8/10

One of the most underrated units in the NFL is the Chiefs pass defense. Kansas City ranks sixth-best against the pass and has allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

Look for Kansas City to focus its defensive attention on limiting Robinson, who has four touchdowns over the Bears' past four games, with three top-10 overall wideout performances during that span.

Robinson is projected to match up with Chiefs cornerback Charvarius Ward, who has a +56.7 (third-best) cover rating, per PlayerProfiler.

Our FantasyLabs projection of 63.5 receiving yards is 12% below his implied total. I would bet this 8-rated prop to -120.

Bears RB David Montgomery

The Pick: Under 10.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
Bet Quality: 10/10

The passing game efficiency of fellow running back Tarik Cohen has convinced me to pick the under on this receiving yardage prop.

Montgomery has seen just four targets over the past three games, including a home game against Dallas in which he failed to tally a single reception.

Chicago has moved away from using Montgomery as a receiver after he failed to break 15 receiving yards during a six-game span earlier this season. In the Bears' last three home games, Montgomery has totaled two receptions for nine yards and failed to tally a reception in two of those games.

We project Montgomery for nine total receiving yards, which is 21% under his implied total of 11.2 receiving yards. I would bet this 10-rated prop up to -130.
