The Favorites podcast with Chad Millman and Simon Hunter — brought to you by bet365 — was back for another week to discuss the NBA Finals and the wild week of sports that was.

There was massive news right before taping the podcast and the gentlemen had to discuss the unforeseen merger between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.

NFL Betting Scandal

The Favorites podcast was joined by Matt Rybaltowski of SportsHandle, who broke the news of Isaiah Rodgers of the Indianapolis Colts being involved in a betting scandal that included betting on his own team.

Why was this scandal different from the three prior involving NFL players?

Rybaltowski dives into the significance of the bets Rogers placed. Rogers is not the most significant player to have violated NFL wagering policies and Rybaltowski believes it's not the most egregious either. However, Rybaltowski says this feels like the biggest bombshell since the PASPA ruling and explains his thought process.
