Trail Blazers vs Warriors NBA Preview

The Warriors will host the Trail Blazers on Friday Night for an NBA Cup matchup.

Steve Kerr’s team enters the contest at 9-8 and is looking to bounce back after consecutive losses to the Magic and Heat.

Steph Curry continues to lead the way for Golden State, averaging 27.9 points per game.

On the other side, the Trail Blazers come in at 6-9 and are still searching for consistency.

Portland has not reached the postseason since 2021 and enters this matchup on a four-game skid, with their last victory coming on November 12 against the Pelicans.

Former ninth overall pick Deni Avdija has been a bright spot, leading Portland with 25.9 points per game.

Trail Blazers vs Warriors Prediction, Betting Analysis

Warriors Moneyline

Golden State should bounce back with a home win tonight.

The Warriors typically play their best basketball in the Bay and will look to take advantage of a shorthanded Portland squad.

The Blazers continue to deal with significant injuries, as they could be without Jrue Holiday, Shaedon Sharpe, and Robert Williams, while also remaining without Scoot Henderson, Damian Lillard, Blake Wesley, and Matisse Thybulle.

There is also a chance Jerami Grant sits out due to illness, though he is currently listed as probable.

With so many key players sidelined, Portland simply does not have the depth to keep pace in this matchup.

Stephen Curry Over 27.5 Points

We will also team up with our Action Pro Report to add this prop.

The future Hall of Famer has been locked in this season, cashing this prop in four of his last six games.

Curry should take advantage of a below-average Blazers defense that ranks 26th in the NBA, allowing 122.5 points per game.

Our Action Pro Report projects 30.2 points tonight.

Trail Blazers vs Warriors Parlay Picks

  • Stephen Curry Over 27.5 Points (-120)
