Hornets vs Knicks NBA Preview

The Knicks are 10-1 at home and 1-1 against the spread on the second of the back-to-back.

Charlotte, with a rest advantage, will be without Brandon Miller, who sat out Monday's loss to the Nets.

This should be a Knicks bounce-back spot against the Hornets, especially given their home track record.

They just lost to the Celtics in Boston last night, 123-117.

But in this league, where we've just seen Charlotte beat Chicago and Toronto, and Washington beat Milwaukee, all in recent days, who knows?

Injury-wise, Miller (shoulder), Terence Mann (ankle), Pat Connaughton (calf), Grant Williams (knee) and Josh Green (shoulder) are all out for the Hornets.

For the Knicks, OG Anunoby (hamstring) and Landry Shamet (shoulder) remain out, while Mitchell Robinson (injury management) isn't likely to play in the second leg of a back-to-back.

Hornets vs Knicks Prediction, Betting Analysis

Moussa Diabate over 14.5 points + rebounds. I just can't resist a Diabate over.

Likely no Robinson, as mentioned earlier.

Diabate has gone over over 14.5 PR in 11 of 21 this season, and you're getting the Knicks with Karl-Anthony Towns and maybe one of Mohamed Diawara, Trey Jemison or Ariel Hukporti on the second of a back-to-back.

Charlotte allows the third-fewest rebounds per 100, and even in another game they're underdogs in, Diabate should have more opportunities here as the Knicks may look to give extended run to their second unit.

Pick: Moussa Diabate Over 14.5 Points + Rebounds (-125)
