I toggled through all kinds of PRO insights to find high-level predictions for all three college football games Friday in Week 3!
Here's where the value's at:

- Portland State vs. Oregon Pick — Total (10:30 p.m. ET)
Projections found a wide receiver whose yardage prop is roughly 20 yards off. And that's exactly where we'll start for Friday's picks.

The sophomore already has 330 yards (5th nationally) through two games. In fact, Toney's becoming so much of an alpha in the Hurricanes' WR room that it's creating value elsewhere.
For instance, bettors should take the under on fellow Miami wide receiver Cooper Barkate's yards.
Barkate came to Miami from Duke along with Mensah, and perhaps was figured to assume more of the same connection.
However, projections love fading Barkate on Friday. His receiving yards over/under line is 56.5, with PRO at just 37.84.
Barkate went 4 for 67 in the opener against Stanford, but hauled in just two catches for 16 yards last week. It's the largest edge of any Friday game.

Houston vs. Texas Tech Prediction Friday
Meanwhile, Houston WR Amare Thomas over 4.5/5.5 receptions is a great look.
Projections expect lots of volume Friday night against the Red Raiders, pegging Thomas for 7.7 catches. He can clear this number, too: He recorded eight catches in the opener.

Portland State vs. Oregon Prediction Friday
Moving on to the nightcap, PRO Report reveals smart bets and respected money flooding the Portland State vs. Oregon over.
More than half the public is on the under (55%), but 63% of money on the over reveals a +18% gap. Both the Sharp Action and Big Money tools in PRO are live.
Oregon played a barn burner last week in a loss to Oklahoma State. The total's at 67.5 Friday night – and it's climbing despite casual bettors leaning to the under.
