Two tickets to the Super Bowl will be punched today as the New England Patriots take on the Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles Rams face the Seattle Seahawks.

  • For more coverage of the NFC Championship game, check out our Rams vs Seahawks preview, which includes six picks for tonight's game.

For my top NFL PrizePicks and Underdog plays for the AFC and NFC Championship Games, I’m highlighting TreVeyon Henderson, Adam Trautman, Jordan Whittington, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

TreVeyon Henderson

More Than 8.5 Rushing Attempts

While TreVeyon Henderson hasn't exactly been effective running the ball in the postseason, his big-play potential has still garnered him plenty of touches as he's recorded 21 rush attempts through two playoff games and is averaging 13.4 attempts over his last 10 games.

Henderson is in for a tough matchup against the Denver defense, but this total is lined as if the Patriots are going to be forced to abandon the run game, when that is simply not the case.

Back Henderson with confidence as the Patriots will continue to give him touches, being that he is the highest upside player on the offense.

Adam Trautman

More Than 5.5 Receiving Yards

Flipping sides in the AFC Championship game, we turn our attention to Adam Trautman for the second straight week. We know by now that Trautman is on the field a ton as he's the better blocking tight end than Evan Engram, and his leading snap count has equated to him receiving targets on a consistent basis.

The change of Jarrett Stidham under center instead of Bo Nix creates some unknown, but Trautman's opportunity outweighs the uncertainty.

We ran into some bad luck with this last week, as Trautman was unable to haul in either of his two targets, but that is more than enough volume. He's averaged 9.4 yards per reception this season, so we only need one catch to cash this play.

Jordan Whittington

More Than 6.5 Receiving Yards

Last week, I was in on Xavier Smith as he looked to be the Rams' No. 3 receiver, but I learned quickly that was not the case. Jordan Whittington returned in a sizable role for the Rams in the Divisional Round.

Whittington played 60 percent of the snaps, burying the likes of Smith and Tutu Atwell in that regard. Whittington also made an immediate impact as he racked up 35 yards by hauling in each of his two targets.

With all the attention on Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, we should see Whittington get involved again, and he may only need one catch to surpass this total.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Less Than 90.5 Receiving Yards

We round out our plays by fading one of the most consistent pass-catchers in the league. Jaxon Smith-Njigba's breakout season included two tremendous performances against the Rams.

In two games against Los Angeles, Smith-Njigba caught 17-of-25 targets for 201 yards receiving. Those numbers are eye-catching, and it should make Smith-Njigba the one guy the Rams make a concerted effort to contain.

We've already seen teams have success doing so, as he's had a quiet postseason. Look for the Rams to continue that trend in this matchup.
