The Memphis Grizzlies pulled off the fourth-largest comeback in NBA playoff history on Thursday night.

The Grizzlies came back from a 25-point third-quarter deficit to defeat the Minnesota Timberwolves 104-95 in Game 3 of their first-round Western Conference matchup. Memphis also covered the -2.5 spread and the Grizzlies now lead the series 2-1.

At one point in the game, Memphis was +1550 on the moneyline to win. That number likely came when Minnesota was up 25 points with three minutes remaining in the third quarter at 79-54.

From that point on, the Grizzlies went on a 50-16 run to close the game.

The Grizzlies' largest deficit was 26 points in the second quarter, making it the largest in franchise history. The biggest comeback was a 31-point comeback by the Los Angeles Clippers, which came on April 15, 2019, against the Warriors in the first round.

Ja Morant registered a stellar triple-double with 20 points (5-for-10 shooting from 3-point range) with 10 rebounds and 10 assists and had Memphis' highest plus/minus on the night. Desmond Bane led the Grizzlies in scoring with 26 points, including shooting 7-of-15 from 3-point range
