Week 4 of the 2025 NFL season starts with the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals on Thursday Night Football on Sept. 25. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET; the game will broadcast on Amazon Prime Video.

The Seahawks travel to State Farm Stadium to face the Cardinals, with both teams having the same record (2-1), and there are a number of enticing TNF player props that we can get involved with for this game: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Trey McBride, Trey Benson and Elijah Arroyo.

Let's dive into my four Seahawks vs Cardinals player props for Thursday Night Football.

Only two teams have given up more passing yards per game than the Cardinals, which bodes well for the Seahawks' pass-catchers on TNF.

Amongst them is Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who is building on last year’s breakout season and cementing himself as the true WR1 in Seattle's offense.

JSN has nearly 50% of the Seahawks' receiving yards (with 323 of 678 through three games), with his closest rival, Cooper Kupp, having accumulated just 136.

Kupp has been a shadow of the player we saw at his prime in Los Angeles, and with Smith-Njigba averaging 107.6 receiving yards per game and facing a poor and banged-up Cardinals secondary, we’re taking the over on what is admittedly a fairly high receiving yard line.

Pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba Over 83.5 Receiving Yards (-114; DraftKings)

Trey McBride Over 6.5 Receptions (+104)

Over the past couple of seasons, we’ve seen Trey McBride blossom into one of the league’s standout tight ends, and he’s set for a big game on primetime.

McBride has 17 receptions for 182 yards and a touchdown this season. While he hasn’t yet gone over 6.5 receptions in a game in 2025, this is a matchup that presents him with a great chance of doing that.

No team in the NFL has given up more receptions to tight ends this season than the Seahawks, who have allowed eight per game  and lead the league in touchdowns allowed to tight ends.

McBride has seen nine, seven and eight targets in his past three games and he has a good record against the Seahawks as well.

Last season, he torched Seattle, hauling in 19-of-29 targets for 203 yards in two games.

Pick: Trey McBride Over 6.5 Receptions (+104; BetRivers)

Trey Benson Anytime Touchdown (+110)

With James Conner out for the season, the door has opened for Trey Benson to seize the backfield in Arizona.

There was a lot of buzz around the former Florida State product as a rookie, but he never looked like he would challenge Conner for the starting role. However, now it’s his, and Cardinals running backs get serious work.

We saw Conner score in each game during the first two weeks of the season, getting double-digit carries, as well as being utilized in the passing game. Now Benson steps into that job.

We saw last week that he was immediately being fed. Benson ended up with 10 carries, with Conner having exited the game on nine. After that injury, Benson had 78% of the running back touches so we know he’s getting plenty of chances to score against the Seahawks.

Benson leads the league in rushing yards over expected per attempt — now we can see how that looks when he’s on the field and featured for an entire game.

Pick: Trey Benson Anytime Touchdown (+110; BetMGM)

Elijah Arroyo Anytime Touchdown (+800)

When looking for a big-price, long-shot pick, there’s one prop that really stands out: Elijah Arroyo to score a touchdown.

It’s important to add that there’s an asterisk on this. In Tuesday’s practice, he was limited, although the expectation is that the rookie should get on the field for Thursday’s primetime game.

If Arroyo plays, then we’re getting huge odds on somebody who should probably be going off at a shorter price.

AJ Barner has been on the field more than any other tight end in Seattle and is the only player in the TE room with a touchdown, but it’s Arroyo who leads the tight end room in red-zone targets — he’s just failed to haul in either of them for a touchdown yet.

Not only that, but Arroyo's tied with Jaxon Smith-Njigba for the most targets inside the 20 on the whole team. He’s a big-bodied vertical threat, and we saw in college that he’s a playmaker.

At huge odds, I'm backing him to find the end zone. It’s a matter of time before he does.

Pick: Elijah Arroyo Anytime Touchdown (+800; FanDuel)
