Texas is a cent or two clear on the moneyline, the spread is 50¢ against 51¢, and the market is pricing home-field in Austin and very little else. The rest of the matchup, in short:

- Arch Manning balled out. 20-of-27 for 305 yards and four touchdowns, with Ryan Wingo and Cam Coleman combining for 190 receiving yards.
- History is with Ohio. Ohio State leads the series 3-2, and Ryan Day is 2-0 against Steve Sarkisian.
- Last meeting. Texas outgained Ohio State 336-203 in Columbus and still lost 14-7.
- Defensive rebuilds. Ohio State replaces seven drafted starters, five of them inside the top 62 picks, and Texas has a new coordinator in Will Muschamp.

Manning's problem in this matchup has never been talent; it has been pressure, and Ohio State's front generated exactly that in a 14-7 win.
